Personalized Instruction
Personalized instruction includes anything from individual private 
instruction in your home, to organizing a series for a group, or a class for a special event. I take into account the individual or group needs, expectations, and physical abilities.

The props used in Iyengar Style yoga are designed to help a student get the benefit of a posture without any strain, and the postures are very  therapeutic. If you are interested in personalized instruction, please send an email with some general information and I will be in touch with you. 

Yoga birthday parties, Family Classes, Classroom visits and  Boy & Girl Scouting Meetings are available.
